“Today on the Fourth of July, we celebrate the birth of our nation 245 years ago, when our Founding Fathers set out to form a more perfect union. Since then, our veterans and servicemembers have fought to preserve the freedom and liberties we enjoy every day. We are forever indebted to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and today we honor those who have defended our country throughout generations. Today we honor the sacrifices made by veterans and their families, and we thank those who continue to serve. Mikey and I wish everyone a safe and happy Independence Day.”
