“Elaine and I are mourning the loss of our longtime friend, Basil Turbyfill. Through small business, politics, and public service, Basil dedicated his whole life to his hometown of Danville and brought his expertise to the highest levels of Kentucky government. My prayers are with Basil’s wife, Betty, and the entire Turbyfill family as they grieve the loss of a committed patriot, devoted husband, and loyal friend.”
