· $1,165,965 from USDA to support West Virginia farmers and food banks: Senators Manchin and Shelley Moore Capito (R-WV) announced funding from the U.S. Department of Agriculture to the Sprouting Farms Corp. for an education and skills training and the West Virginia Department of Agriculture to support famer’s mental health and food banks across the state.
