WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), member of the Senate Banking Committee, joined Larry Kudlow on Fox Business to discuss Democrats’ massive spending bill and inflation in the economy.

On Democrats’ Spending Bill:

“The only way it could pass if they change the narrative to move the goalposts. Remember, there is a big difference paying for something and saying it doesn’t cost anything, which is a narrative I never quite understood when the president says this costs nothing just because they can identify a pay-for.”

On Inflation:

“Fifty Republican senators have never flinched, blinked, or stepped back. We are united in our opposition. We need everybody on board but the real key, Larry, is that the American people are experiencing the ramifications of really bad public policy coming out of this White House. This inflation is real, it is not transitory. It’s big.”

“I don’t care how many times the Secretary of Energy says presidents don’t set gasoline prices. No, but when they cut production in half they definitely manipulate the markets. Open borders, this supply chain problem: this is squarely in the hands of Joe Biden. It was him in his all this free money. The first two trillion remember from March, not one penny of that is paid for. All of that is borrowed on the backs of future generations. That increases, in an artificial way, demand without supply to meet that demand; shrinking the supply. He is the cause of all of this disruption in our economy. The American people know it.”
