U.S. Senator Ben Sasse released the following statement after reports that the Biden Administration is pulling David Chipman’s nomination to lead the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
“Chipman got the axe because his far-left gun control fantasies were wildly outside the mainstream. The guy wants to ban some of the most popular rifles for home defense and hunting. He showed downright contempt for law-abiding Americans who want to protect their families.”
