WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) issued the following statement on the Supreme Court’s decision in California v. Texas:
“Today the Supreme Court rejected another attempt to undermine access to health care for millions of Americans. The Court has left the Affordable Care Act in place and preserved the critical law that Americans depend on for their health care. As we move forward from the pandemic, we must continue to protect the Affordable Care Act and push to increase access to health care for all Americans.”
