WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) joined Larry Kudlow on Fox Business to discuss mining withdrawals by the Administration and his expectations for the President’s State of the Union address. Excerpts and full video are below.

On Withdrawals in Minnesota, Alaska:

“It’s hypocrisy at its worst. They’re counting on people like you and me not calling them out on it – we need to. [The Administration is] transferring all of [the market opportunity in mining] to not just an adversary, but somebody who doesn’t share our values in any way, shape, or form – including climate and environmental values, labor values.”

On Expectations for the State of the Union:

“[President Biden] is going to pretend he’s ushered in a great economy and, of course, everybody who buys things knows that’s not true. The victory lap will overshadow anything else he does, but it’d be great to hear a unifying message and just leave it at that. Let’s say, ‘we’ve got a divided government, we can work together, we need compromise to find solutions, and [we need to] work with Kevin [McCarthy]’.”
