WASHINGTON – On Tuesday, U.S. Senator Tim Scott (R-S.C.), Congressional Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU) Caucus co-chair, will host over 70 HBCU Presidents and Chancellors to celebrate the accomplishments and impacts of HBCUs throughout the nation. Senator Scott will be joined by Dr. Carla Hayden, Librarian of Congress; Dr. Harry L. Williams, President of the Thurgood Marshall College Fund; Congresswoman Alma Adams; Senator Tim Kaine; and other Members of Congress.
