WASHINGTON – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) awarded Base Utilities, Inc. (Minot Air Force Base) $26,046,639 for water and wastewater systems operations at Grand Forks Air Force Base and Cavalier Space Force Station. This new funding modifies an existing 50-year utilities contract.
