“This appropriations package reflects my commitment to support our nation’s law enforcement officers, cutting-edge scientific research and space exploration goals, while also prioritizing key investments in economic development and a number of programs important to Kansans. Additionally, I am pleased to have maintained several key provisions that preserve Second Amendment rights and protect the right to life.
