U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) today voted for S. J. Res 29, a bipartisan Congressional Review Act (CRA) joint resolution of disapproval, which would effectively overturn the Biden administration’s unconstitutional vaccine mandate on the private sector.

“President Biden’s vaccine mandate is hurting real Oklahomans—that’s why I voted to repeal it,” Inhofe said. “Just look at the numbers. 32 percent of Oklahoma’s labor force are at risk of losing their jobs because of a mandate that should be a personal medical decision—that’s absurd. Not only that, but complying with this mandate will cost Oklahoma businesses an estimated $46 million. The Biden administration has gone too far and it’s time for it to stop.”
