Today, U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) applauded the Senate confirmation of Jessica Rosenworcel to continue as the Chair of the Federal Communications Commission (FCC).
“I am glad to see the Senate re-confirm Jessica Rosenworcel to the FCC where she will serve as chair,” Inhofe said. “I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with her on the reconsideration of the flawed Ligado Order. Its reconsideration is vital to the security and operability of the Department of Defense, the Department of Transportation and other federal agencies. I look forward to continuing to work with her to protect our military and the millions of individuals and businesses that rely on GPS and satellite communications to reverse the Ligado Order.”
