“I was saddened to learn of the passing of Paul Cummins, a proud Kentucky business owner who made a lasting impact on his family, friends, and neighbors. He helped found multiple businesses in Mount Vernon, bringing industry, good jobs, and small-town pride to his community. Through his leadership, he became a Rockcastle County mainstay, loved by all who knew him. Elaine and I share our deepest condolences with the Cummins family and will hold them in our prayers.”
