U.S. Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-Okla.) praised the confirmation of Molly Phee to be the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs today.
“I applaud the Senate confirmation of Ambassador Phee to be the Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs today,” Inhofe said. “She has proven herself as a leader, serving as a career member of the Senior Foreign Service, working in numerous roles to move the U.S.- Africa relationship forward. As many know, Africa is near and dear to my heart and our continued friendship with our African partners is incredibly important.
