BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) announced today the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) awarded the following three grants totaling $669,800:
- $440,964 to North Dakota State University (NDSU) to increase safety in the areas of distracted driving and safety in work zones.
- $178,836 to NDSU to improve commercial vehicle safety in the state’s extensive rural road system.
- $50,000 to the North Dakota Highway Patrol to update the North Dakota’s Program Plan and Top Level Design.
