BISMARCK – U.S. Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND), a Senate Banking Committee member and the Ranking Member of the Senate Environment and Public Works (EPW) Subcommittee on Transportation and Infrastructure, delivered remarks at the Dakota Credit Union Association Luncheon today. The senator gave an update on the latest efforts in Congress regarding infrastructure and regulations on financial institutions.

“North Dakota’s credit unions have been vital partners for me during my time in the Senate,” said Senator Cramer. “I appreciate them allowing me to discuss the benefits the bipartisan infrastructure bill would deliver to North Dakota, my fierce opposition to Democrats’ reckless tax-and-spend agenda, and legislation I am leading to prevent large financial service providers from categorically discriminating against industries that are key to the success of our state and the country.”

Senator Cramer and North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT) Director Bill Panos outlined the benefits the bipartisan infrastructure bill would provide North Dakota in a release following Senate passage of the bill. Learn more here.
