Sen. Marshall Announces Over $785,000 in USDA Funding for Rural Kansas
(Washington, D.C., July 2, 2021) – Today, U.S. Senator Roger Marshall, M.D. announced USDA Rural Development grants benefitting 11 communities in rural Kansas totaling $785,200.
“It is important that we continue to provide our rural communities the financing and resources necessary to maintain and repair essential services and infrastructure,” said Senator Marshall. “These substantial investments by USDA will ensure communities in rural Kansas have the funds needed to thrive for years to come. Whether its modernizing school buildings, upgrading emergency services equipment, or improving public facilities, these grants will improve the lives of so many throughout our great state.”
